At h2ofloss limited, we aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible. More importantly, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can.
We are using Speedpost, the leading provider for courier service in Singapore and international delivery with more than 200 destinations across the globe.
We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders. Therefore it would usually take place between 9am-6pm (GMT+8), Monday – Friday.
Do you provide Self-Collection Service?
Unfortunately, we do not provide self-collection service for now.
Do you ship to PO BOX?
Unfortunately not at the moment. Please choose a residential or office address to which we can ship your order.
Are there any areas that you do not deliver to in Singapore?
Due to restrictions and limitations placed by certain institutions and organisations, we are sorry to share that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship via Speedpost Air Parcel (Standard Shipping) or Speedpost Express (Express Shipping)
What if I am not at home when my package arrives?
You will receive either a notice slip indicating that you can collect it at the nearest post office or a call/email for re-delivery arrangements. The best way to ensure a successful delivery is to provide us with the address that you will be at during our delivery time.
How do I cancel my order?
If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll try to modify your order. However, if the order has been placed 2 hrs before, we are sorry to say that most likely our staff have already processed your order and send it to the shipping facility.
My parcel has not arrive, what should I do?
Normally, you should receive your item within 1-3 or 5-14 working days depending on the type of shipping you have chosen. In the event like this, send us an email here with the shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.
Will I be charged at customs?
Import restrictions of Individual country is applicable for all internet purchases. Buyers are therefore responsible to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country before placing any orders. The recipient of an international shipment shall bear all relevant taxes, import and custom duties.
How do you ensure products are in good condition during transit?
