How do I use my h2ofloss® dental oral irrigator?

Please refer to the instruction manual that comes with the unit.

What is the warranty period for my h2ofloss® dental oral irrigator?

The warranty period for each model is located in the instruction manual. A dated sales receipt is required for warranty validation.

Why isn’t my h2ofloss® dental oral irrigator starting?

  • Check your wall outlet to make sure it is functioning and that the power is reaching the unit;
  • Check whether the ON/OFF switch on your unit is put to ON.

Why is there no water flowing from my h2ofloss® counter-top dental oral irrigator?

  • Ensure the black valve in the reservoir tank connect with the base of the unit.
  • Ensure the reservoir is firmly seated onto the base of the unit. Press down firmly to engage the reservoir to the base of the unit.
  • Confirm the unit is plugged into an active electrical outlet.
  • Confirm the h2ofloss® dental oral irrigator is set to the highest pressure setting.

Why am I not getting adequate pressure from my h2ofloss® counter-top dental oral irrigator?

  • Reservoir is not positioned properly: reposition the reservoir and push down firmly;
  • Tip is clogged with debris. Change a new tip;
  • Pressure may be on low setting; adjust pressure control to higher setting.

Why is there water leaking from my h2ofloss® counter-top dental oral irrigator?

  • Ensure the reservoir is firmly seated onto the base of the unit. Press down firmly to engage the reservoir to the base of the unit.
  • Trapped water in the unit. Continue to use the unit. The water leaking should stop after 1-2 days.

How do I charge the h2ofloss® cordless dental oral irrigator?

Connect the charger to AC power supply. The charger will now switch on and the green LED will light.

Connect the charger to the h2ofloss® cordless dental oral irrigator. The charger will now commence to charge the battery, as indicated by the RED charging LED’s. When the GREEN LED comes ON, the battery is ready for use.

We recommend the first charge to be 16 hours before the first use.

Why is the rb-3 rechargeable battery only available in Singapore?

The rb-3 is a Lithium battery. Its shipment is restricted by all the international airlines.
